A 26-year-old pulled from the water by bystanders at Washington Island over the weekend died at a Green Bay hospital yesterday afternoon.
Rescue crews were called to School House Beach on Sunday. A bystander jumped in the water to save Masnoon Nafees and started CPR. The victim was flown to a hospital.
