Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes has made it official. He’s running for U-S Senate.
Barnes had hinted his desire to run for the seat held by Republican Senator Ron Johnson. Barnes becomes the eighth Democrat to declare his candidacy for the position.
Johnson hasn’t said yet whether he’s running again. The election is November of 2022.
