Tonight is the first of three public hearings to discuss the proposed expansion of I-41 between Appleton and De Pere.
DOT Project Manager Scott Ebel says the plan is to expand the highway from four to six lanes.
He says they also want to add a divergent diamond or roundabout at other interchange locations.
Tonight’s hearing will be held virtually from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. In-person hearings will be held tomorrow night at Hemlock Creek Elementary School in De Pere and on Thursday at Fox Valley Technical College in Grand Chute. Both meetings run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
