A man wanted in a shooting on Little Wolf River has turned himself into authorities.
According to Waupaca County Sheriff Timothy Wilz, Cornelius Russell turned himself into the Brown County Sheriff’s Office. Wilz is sending Waupaca County investigators to Brown County to interview Russell.
Russell is being held on a probation violation. He’s accused of shooting another man while tubing down the river on Sunday. That person is hospitalized.
