A traffic crash knocks out power for a large portion of Neenah. The fire department says the crash happened in the area of Winneconne Avenue and Green Bay Road around 3:00 this afternoon. WE Energies has crews on the scene–but they expect power to be out for some time. Traffic is not allowed to get off Interstate 41 at the Winneconne Avenue exit at this time.
