An Upper Peninsula man is accused of coming to Oshkosh to have sex with a teenage girl. A federal grand jury hands down an indictment against Scott Sundberg of Ishpeming on charges of Using a Computer to Entice a Minor. According to the criminal complaint, Sundberg exchanged instant messages with what he thought was the parent of a 15-year old Oshkosh girl asking to meet the child for sex–but was actually an undercover investigator. He was arrested upon arriving in Oshkosh last Friday. Sundberg would face up to life in prison if convicted.
