Appleton Police make an arrest in connection with a drive-by shooting. William Hayes is accused of firing shots into two homes along the 1100-block of West Glendale Avenue back on June 20th. No one was hurt in the incident. Hayes is also accused in a separate drive-by shooting in the 900-block of West Lawrence Street on July 17th. Criminal charges are pending.
