Music, food and family fun returns to downtown Green Bay this weekend.
The 40th Annual Art Street is back for the first time since 2019. The three-day event kicks off at 3:30 p.m. today and runs until 5 p.m. Sunday. Carol Flatynski is a board member for Mosaic Arts Incorporated, which operates Art Street. She says there are fewer exhibitors but they are not lacking in enthusiasm.
