The League of Women Voters of Appleton is hosting a virtual Legislative Town Hall this evening.
Co-President Linda Bjella says the webinar runs from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. According to Bjella, a moderator will post questions to the lawmakers that are submitted during the webinar and there will be prepared questions as well.
Bjella fells redistricting is the number one issue people want to talk about. She thinks the budget and pandemic relief money are other issues. Registration can be made on the group’s website.
Wisconsin Senate delegates representing the Fox Valley who have been invited to participate include Senators Andre Jacque, District 1; Robert Cowles, District 2, and Roger Roth, District 19. Assembly representatives invited include Ron Tusler, District 3; Jim Steineke, District 5; Gary Tauchen, District 6; Rachael Cabral-Guevara, District 55; Dave Murphy, District 56, and Lee Snodgrass, District 57.
