Green Bay Police identify a suspected murder victim found on the U-W Green Bay campus. Jason Mendez-Ramos of Ashwaubenon is believed to have been killed somewhere else and then dumped along a trail in the Cofrin Arboretum last week. Police say they are still looking for a red Ford Fusion belonging to Mendez-Ramos.
