Construction of an apartment complex and hotel in downtown Kaukauna will be postponed until spring.
Director of Planning and Community Development Joe Stephenson says the developer is citing supply chain issues. He says delays because of COVID, supply chain issues or worker shortages are not uncommon.
The apartment and hotel will be along Lawe Street, Wisconsin Avenue and Catherine Street.
