Grocery store chain Hy-Vee is eying a spot at the Bay Park Square Mall in Ashwaubenon. The retailer is looking to take over the former Shopko store along Oneida Street. The plans would also include a liquor store, pub and food hall area. The Shopko site has sat vacant since June of 2019–when the company went bankrupt. Hy-Vee recently purchased six former Shopko stores in Iowa.
