Police are looking for the intimate partners of an Appleton man accused of recklessly endangering safety. Oshkosh Police arrested Godffrey Kairu on January 24th in connection with an investigation. Detectives have not released any information on what risk Kairu posed to his intimate partners. He is currently facing one felony and two misdemeanor charges in Winnebago County Court.
