It doesn’t get more Wisconsin than dairy, and for Two Guernsey Girls Creamery, dairy is what they do best!
We’re joined by Tammy Fritsch, co-owner and plant manager at the creamery in Freedom. Tammy tells about the small family run dairy and their award winning herd of certified A2/A2 Guernsey cows. What started as a small 4-H project back in 2010 has grown to providing fresh cheese curds and bottled milk with customers across northeast Wisconsin!
