Chef Jeff’s Crab Pasta SaladÂ
- 16 oz Pasta Shells (medium sized)
- 16 oz Surimi Crab
- 1/4 cup Diced Yellow Onion
- 1 cup Celery
- 16 oz (2 cups) Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
- 8 oz (1 cup) French or Western Dressing
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) Sweet Pickle Relish
- Hot Sauce (To taste)
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds (optional)
Prepare pasta shells in boiling water to al dente. Cool with running cold water. Take special care to note overcook the pasta.
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Adjust the tangy flavor with the addition of a reasonable amount of hot sauce. Refrigerate until service. Serve and enjoy!
Note: Do not allow this or any pasta salad to remain at room temperature for extended periods of time (more than 2 hours).
