OSHKOSH, Wis. — The EAA sets a new attendance record.
A record 650,000 people passed through the gates of AirVenture this year. That tops the previous high attendance of 640,000 set in 2019.
Chairman Jack Pelton believes people see the fly-in as a great family event.
Pelton also believes Mother Nature had a lot to do with the record attendance.
AirVenture also set a new record for aircraft movements during the week.
