GREEN BAY, Wis–A Green Bay attorney accused of attacking a Brown County Sheriff’s deputy says he is “not guilty”. Mark Howe enters the plea to one count of Resisting an Officer Causing Injury.
According to the criminal complaint, Howe was asked to leave a performance by comedian Rob Schneider at the Epic Event Center back in June when he refused to comply. He then allegedly tackled the female deputy that was attempting to take him into custody for disorderly conduct.
No trial date has been set.
