GREEN BAY, Wis–Criminal charges are filed in connection with the shooting death of a five-year old girl in Green Bay. Jordan Leavy-Carter is facing one count of Second Degree Reckless Homicide, Child Neglect Resulting in Death, and Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm in Brown County Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Leavy-Carter was letting children play with a gun in a apartment along the 16-hundred block of Amy Street on October 17th when another five year old girl pointed the weapon at Skye Bleu Evans-Crowley and shot her. Leavy-Carter fled the scene and was arrested a few days later in Beloit. He faces up to 60-years in prison if convicted.
