KAUKAUNA, Wis–The city of Kaukauna is looking to raise the age limit for selling tobacco or C-B-D products from 18 to 21. Mayor Tony Penterman explains the reason for the change:
The ordinance would also prohibit tobacco or C-B-D products from being sold within 750-feet of facilities such as hospitals, churches, youth-serving organizations, city parks and school daycare centers. Penterman expects the ordinance to be passed during tonight’s (Tuesday) common council meeting.
