Child sex offender to be released in Oshkosh

OSHKOSH, WI — Oshkosh Police announce a soon-to-be released sex offender will be moving into a residence near the downtown. 51-year-old Christopher Blake will be residing at 644 Frederick Street as of March 2nd. He’s completing a prison sentence for First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. Blake was convicted in 2002 for an assault on a then nine-year old girl he was acquainted with. Blake is required to have no contact with the victim or minors and not to take drugs. He’ll also be under electronic monitoring. Blake is on probation until August of 2061.
