GREEN BAY, Wis–An Appleton man accused of engaging police in an armed standoff on Leminwah Street earlier this month is now facing federal charges. Torey Robinson is charged with one count of Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
Officers were called to a residence on the report of shots fired on April 10th. Robinson allegedly left the house and fired a shot from a rifle before going back inside. He was arrested without further incident seven hours later.
State charges against him have been dismissed. Robinson faces up to 15-years in prison if convicted.
