GREEN BAY, Wis–The DNR issues a new fish consumption advisory for Green Bay and some of its tributaries. The department says elevated levels of PFAS have been found in rainbow smelt in the Bay.
They advise people eat just one meal of smelt a week. The consumption advisory also applies to fish caught up to the first dam on the Peshtigo, Oconto, and Menominee Rivers.
