GREEN BAY, Wis. — Evidence in the criminal case against Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs will not be permanently sealed.
Brown County Judge Marc Hammer denies a motion filed by the victim, who sought to prevent public access to evidence collected in the case, citing privacy and health concerns……….
Jacobs was convicted on misdemeanor charges of battery and criminal damage to property in connection with an altercation with his girlfriend at a Hobart home back in May. He remains on the Commissioner’s exempt list, meaning he cannot practice or play with the team.
The village of Hobart will have ten days to fulfill any public records request for the evidence, which includes a reported video of the incident.
