OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh Police are investigating a reported social media threat against a school. The department was made aware of the threat around 6:30 this (Friday) morning.
Several other cities around the country received tips about the same threat. There was an increased presence at Oshkosh schools this morning–including squad cars outside of West and North High Schools.
Investigators do not believe there is a valid threat against any local schools.
