From polishing your resume to helping you navigate your new tablet, the Appleton Public Library offers programs in job connection, technology support and even small business one-on-ones.
During Focus Fox Valley with Hayley Tenpas, we learn from Zephyr Kendzierski, Public Services Assistant Supervisor and Yee Lee Vue, Adult Services and Engagement Librarian, about these different programs.
- Job Connection: free in-person or online help with a staff member or volunteer performing job searches, online applications, writing cover letters and resumes or learning new skills.
- Technology Help: free in-person or online help with a staff member or volunteer with internet searches, creating/using email, device help and more.
- One-on-One Small Business Help: free in-person or virtual help with identifying resources to starting or running a small business, navigating tools for market and customer research, and more.
