APPLETON, Wis. — Ground is broken on Wilden Portfolio Park in Appleton.
The development includes a new Thrivent operations center on the financial group’s property just north of Interstate 41, along with plans for housing, businesses, public spaces and other amenities.
Thrivent Chief Financial and Investment Officer David Royal says partnering with the city of Appleton on the project will benefit the community………..
Mayor Jake Woodford says the park will help meet a housing need in the city………
Work on the new Thrivent operations center is expected to wrap up in 2028. Detailed plans for the rest of Wilden Portfolio Park have not been finalized.
