APPLETON, Wis. — A new mixed-use building is coming to downtown Appleton.
Lawrence University and the Trout Museum of Art announce plans for a four-story building in the 300 block of College Avenue.
The museum will occupy the first floor, with Lawrence faculty offices, meeting and experimental learning spaces for the university, and market-rate housing in the rest of the building.
Construction is expected to be completed within 18 months. A start date has not yet been announced.
