TOWN OF CATO, Wis. — Two people are dead following a crash in Manitowoc County.
The sheriff’s office says a pickup truck crossed the centerline on U.S. Highway 10 in the town of Cato and hit an SUV head-on shortly before 5:30 a.m. Sunday.
The 21-year-old Menasha woman driving the truck was pronounced dead at the scene. The 17-year-old Reedsville girl operating the SUV was flown to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah, where she was pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation.
