APPLETON, Wis–The Grand Meridian in Appleton is closing its doors. In a Facebook post, the VandeYacht family notes that they have been unable to find a buyer for the facility that would continue to operate it as a banquet hall, so they are selling to someone that will use the building for another purpose.
Event reservations will be honored through December 29th. Those who booked the Grand Meridian in 2024 will be contacted for refunds. Owner Ken VandeYacht died in October of 2022.
