APPLETON, Wis–Outagamie County prosecutors files substantially more criminal charges against a Greenville man accused of damaging vehicles in the parking lot of Fox Cities Stadium. Clint Freeberg is now facing 46-counts of Criminal Damage to Property, with 24 of those charges being felonies.
Freeberg allegedly used keys to scratch the paint on dozens of vehicles after getting into a dispute with another person at a Wisconsin Timber Rattlers’ game back in July. Prosecutors initially filed just one felony count, but then heard from far more vehicle owners with damage.
Freeberg will enter pleas to the charges on November 6th.
