NEENAH, Wis–Neenah Police are looking for two teenagers spotted trying to break into vehicles. Security camera footage shows the two riding bicycles and pulling on the handles of vehicles parked in driveways in an east side neighborhood around 1:45 Tuesday morning.
Police say that some vehicles in that area had items stolen from them.
