GREEN BAY, Wis. — A Green Bay man accused of operating a meth lab in his house is heading to trial.
A Brown County judge finds there is enough evidence to try Stephen Preisler on charges of Manufacture of Meth, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Meth Precursors and Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place.
Preisler, who goes by the nickname “Uncle Fester,” was arrested following a raid on his home back in July.
He will enter a plea to the charges on Jan. 5.
