FOND DU LAC, Wis. — An Oshkosh man who killed one person and injured several others in a drunk driving crash reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Brian Sippel is convicted in Fond du Lac County Court on charges of Homicide by Use of a Vehicle with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Injury to a Minor.
Sippel rear-ended a car with his pickup truck at the Interstate 41-Highway 151 interchange back in January of 2023, killing the other driver and injuring multiple passengers. It was Sippel’s third drunk driving conviction.
He faces up to 52 years in prison when sentenced on June 19.
