UPDATE: The sheriff’s office identifies the deceased driver as 19-year-old Luis Gamillo of Sun Prairie and the deceased passengers as 18-year-old Alix Hernandez of Fall River, 17-year-old Erik Gamillo Calzada of Sun Prairie and 16-year-old Ivan Herrera of Sun Prairie. The passenger who sustained life-threatening injuries is identified as 18-year-old Joseline Herrera of Madison. The semi driver is identified as Jeffrey Brown.

TOWNSHIP OF ELBA, Wis. — Four people are dead and two others are hurt following a crash in Dodge County.
The sheriff’s office says a pickup truck on Highway TT failed to stop at the intersection with State Highway 16/60 in the township of Elba and was struck by a semi around 4 a.m. Monday.
The 19-year-old Sun Prairie man driving the pickup, along with a 17-year-old Sun Prairie boy and a 16-year-old Madison boy riding with him, were pronounced dead at the scene. An 18-year-old woman also riding along was taken to UW Hospital in Madison, where she died.
A fourth passenger, an 18-year-old Madison woman, was also taken to UW Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The 57-year-old La Farge man operating the semi was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
