FOND DU LAC, Wis. — An Oshkosh man who killed one person and injured several others in a drunk driving crash will spend 28 years in prison.
Brian Sippel is also sentenced in Fond du Lac County Court to 20 years on extended supervision for Homicide by Use of a Vehicle with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Injury to a Minor.
Sippel rear-ended a car with his pickup truck at the Interstate 41-Highway 151 interchange back in January of 2023, killing the other driver and injuring multiple passengers.
It was his third drunk driving conviction.
