WAUPACA, Wis. — A Neenah man who killed four siblings in a drunk driving crash reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Scott Farmer is convicted in Waupaca County Court on four counts of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle and one count of OWI 5th offense.
Farmer was driving on the wrong side of Highway 10 near Weyauwega last December before striking an SUV head-on. Four members of the Gonzalez family were killed in that crash.
Farmer’s blood alcohol level was more than four times the legal limit.
He faces up to 170 years in prison.
