OSHKOSH, Wis–The Grand in Oshkosh will undertake a major remodeling and expansion project. The opera house will see renovations to its existing spaces, the addition of more offices and entertainment spots, new parking lots, and a covered entryway that is not along the street.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says the foundation that operates the theater and the city will split the costs………
Initial estimates on the cost of the Grand project were $6-million.
