APPLETON, Wis. — The driver of a vehicle that crashed at high speed into a Grand Chute home makes an initial appearance Wednesday via video link while under her bunk at the Outagamie County Jail.

Anthony and a male passenger fled the scene and were tracked down by a K-9 unit.
The state recommended a sizeable cash bail. Outagamie County Court Commissioner Brian Figy agreed………….
Further proceedings are scheduled for Jan. 16.
