OSHKOSH, Wis–Oshkosh has a new City Manager. The Common Council recommends Rebecca Grill for the position. That appointment will be approved by the Council on Monday.
Grill has been City Administrator and Clerk for West Allis the last nine years. She is expected to start in Oshkosh on February 24th.
Current City Manager Mark Rohloff is retiring on January 3rd. Assistant City Manager John Fitzpatrick will serve in an interim role until Grill’s arrival.
