APPLETON, Wis–Thrivent releases new designs of what they envision for the redevelopment of their campus in Appleton. The benefits company is looking to sell off its 580-acres along North Ballard Road for the construction of housing.
The designs show a mix of apartments, townhomes, and single-family houses around a central parkland area with some commercial development as well.
As many as 2,300 new housing units could be built on site. No developers have contracted with Thrivent yet.
