GREEN BAY, Wis. — Charges are filed in connection with an alleged Green Bay murder.
James Dorr, Jr. is facing counts of first-degree intentional homicide, mistreatment of animals causing death and possession of meth.
According to the criminal complaint, Dorr stabbed a man to death at a residence in the 1500 block of Capitol Drive on Jan. 28. Investigators say the victim was stabbed 27 times. The man’s dog was also stabbed to death.
Dorr claims he had visions of his daughter being killed during the incident. He faces life in prison if convicted.
