APPLETON, Wis. — A $150,000 cash bond is set for a Menasha man accused in a drug overdose death.
Julius Elmer is charged in Outagamie County Court with being party to first-degree reckless homicide as a repeat offender.
According to the criminal complaint, Elmer provided drugs to another man, who then gave them to a 42-year-old woman found dead in an Appleton apartment back in August of 2022.
The other suspect’s name has not been released.
Elmer faces up to 46 years in prison if convicted.
