OSHKOSH, Wis. — The city of Oshkosh is moving to online parking administration.
The city will use the Passport app to pay for hourly and overnight parking permits.
Common Council member Kris Larson thinks it will benefit those looking to park downtown…………
Oshkosh does not have metered street parking or ramps, with just a handful of permit lots in the downtown area.
