KIMBERLY, WI — The Fox Valley Metro Police Department makes an arrest in a sexual assault in Kimberly. Officers were called to a location near the intersection of E. Maes Avenue and Pine Street on April 16. An adult female told officers she was approached by a man while walking in the area and inappropriately touched. The man then ran from the area. Officers searched the area and were able to identify a suspect based on surveillance video from a local residence and various traffic cameras. That evidence led to the arrest of 27-year-old Milan Stewart of Manitowoc. He’s being held in the Manitowoc County jail awaiting court action in Outagamie County. Stewart is faces charges of Fourth Degree Sexual Assault, Stalking and Disorderly Conduct. He was on probation for a 2015 conviction of Recklessly Endangering Safety and Suffocation in Outagamie County.
