GREEN BAY, Wis. — A second driver is now charged in connection with a two-vehicle crash in Green Bay last month that seriously injured three people.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office is charging 35-year-old Timothy Mossberger of Green Bay with two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety.
Mossberger was the driver of a pickup truck that witnesses say was drag racing on Velp Avenue with a muscle car that collided with a van near Wilson Avenue on April 1. He’s scheduled for an initial appearance in Brown County Court on July 3.
The driver of the car, 22-year-old Jason Wright, Jr., of Green Bay was charged two days later with two counts of second-degree reckless injury and two counts of operating a motor vehicle while suspended causing great bodily harm.
Wright is back in court for a status conference on Friday.
