Kathy Keene’s 40-Pound Brownie
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Devil’s Food cake mix
- 1 (3-oz.) package chocolate pudding, not instant
- 2 cups milk
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
Directions: In a large saucepan, combine pudding and milk. Cook until mixture starts to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in the dry cake mix. Mix well with a spoon. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle on the chips and slightly press into the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool. Frost with a rich, cream chocolate frosting and add some sprinkles. Enjoy!
