All you need is a box of dry angel food cake mix, two cans of lemon pie filling, and a tub of Cool Whip. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
To make it, mix one can of lemon pie filling with the dry cake mix and spread it into a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes. Don’t worry if a little gully forms after baking; that’s exactly where the second can of lemon pie filling goes. Fill it in, top with Cool Whip or whipped cream, and you’re done! It’s the perfect summertime dessert for any occasion.
