Kathy Keene’s Homemade Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 lb. ground round or ground chuck
- 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1 jar Ragu pizza sauce
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 chopped onion
Directions: Brown ground round or chuck with onion; drain. Spread the pizza crust on a jelly roll pan. Spread with the pizza sauce; top with the ground round or chuck and then arrange the pepperoni on top. Add the oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Can add fennel if you like. Sprinkle on the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
