OSHKOSH, Wis. — A new plan outlines ways the city of Oshkosh could save $323,000 a year on energy. The report from Pale Blue Dot recommends installation of solar panels on all city buildings that can support them and the purchase of renewable energy credits from utilities.
Urban Planner Ted Redmond says savings are achievable in the near future………..
While the Pale Blue Dot report includes potential cost savings, it does not include a cumulative cost for installation of the solar panels on city buildings.
