APPLETON, Wis. — A registered sex offender and convicted murderer is moving to Appleton. Police say Vincent Fisher will be living in a home along the 600 block of N. Superior Street starting on Nov. 18.
Fisher raped and killed Jessica Miller, the 6-year-old daughter of his then-girlfriend, in Kaukauna back in 1988. He was initially released in 2014, but was sent back to prison in 2017 for violating the terms of his parole.
Fisher will be under electronic monitoring as a condition of his release.
